2016 Vernon Evangelical Lutheran Church Rummage Sale

Thursday June 9 and Friday June 10

8am-5pm both days

Sorry if you missed our sale, however all items leftover from this sale (please see below for photos) were donated to First Presbyterian Church of Waukesha for their upcoming Rummage Sale on June 15-18 to benefit Baskets for Babies.  Please stop in to support their cause.

Thanks to all who donated and all who worked the sale. We appreciate your time and talents. We are committed to our core value of mission outreach here in the community.

Together we raised roughly $1,600 to aid our youth and other programs.

We couldn’t have done it without you!

April:

It’s time to look through your basements, closets, garages and cupboards for contributions to our church rummage sale (held every even year). Clear that clutter (items in gently used condition) from your homes and lives! This will be a free will offering sale. The money raised will go to support our church. The left over items will go to a worthy charity of Veterans Associations to help others in need. We will be accepting items for the sale starting 2 weeks prior to the sale. Please drop off the items in Fellowship Hall. Look for signs directing you. Our space does not allow us to take any clothing, large furniture, large electronics, or large exercise equipment. We appreciate your honoring this request. Adults and teens are most welcome to help with placing the items onto tables and specifically on the days of sale. Many hands make the work lighter for all. Please contact Carol Mainwaring ([email protected]) or Annette Coenen (home: 262-544-0847 and cell: 262-617-1307) to volunteer.
