September Mission of the Month— Outreach for Hope

Carol and Phil Mainwaring Family & Friends will be riding to push down poverty on the Outreach for Hope family bike ride Saturday September 10th. This has been our 4th year on the bike ride and each year we’ve met some wonderful people who give of their time to help others. Our time commitment is minimal to theirs but I’d like you to please consider sponsoring us for this one day with a donation of $10.

OUTREACH FOR HOPE gathers financial gifts to support ministries among people living in low income communities in Southeast Wisconsin. These congregation and ministry centers provide…Medical care, Summer neigh-borhood camps, After school tutoring, Job counseling, Neighborhood min-istries, Groceries, Clothing, Meals, And more…These ministries do more than give aid and services. They give people a place to know they are
valued and loved. A place where emotional and spiritual resources are made real in God’s love through communities of faith. A place that is a beacon of hope in the midst of their neighborhoods.

Follow us on the website www.ofhbikeride.org by clicking on the tab “Support A Rider”.

Support a Rider and for every online donation to Riders’ and Virtual Riders’ web pages, Dave and Barb Hammer will contribute another $10 to Out-reach for Hope. The more donations for more riders, the more support for Outreach for Hope ministries.
